Account and privacy requests

If your version of the app includes account deletion controls, use the in-app option first. If you cannot access the app, send a deletion or privacy request by email.

  • For deletion requests, email from the address associated with your account when possible.
  • For privacy requests, tell us whether you want access, correction, or deletion assistance.
